Abstract

This research aims to describes and analyze the effects of work motivation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Kaliwatu Basecamp Center Batu and the sample used in this research were all 65 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is an effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Kaliwatu Basecamp Center Batu, both direct and indirect influence. This research can prove that the job satisfaction variable can be a mediating variable for work motivation and work environment on employee performance.
