AGÊNCIAS REGULADORAS: PODER NORMATIVO E A PARTICIPAÇÃO SOCIAL NOS PROCESSOS DECISÓRIOS

Abstract

O presente artigo teve como objetivo abordar os principais aspectos do poder normativo conferido às Agências Reguladoras, bem como discutir sobre a possibilidade e vantagens da participação social no que se refere às decisões tomadas por parte da Administração Pública. A partir da análise de diversas obras que tratam a respeito do tema, foram desenvolvidas breves conclusões sobre a sistemática normativa do poder regulatório.This article aimed to address the main aspects of the normative power conferred on regulatory agencies, as well as to discuss the possibility and advantages of social participation about decisions taken by the Public Administration. From the analysis of several works dealing with the theme, brief conclusions were developed on the normative system of regulatory power.
