1-{4-[(1-isobutyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-4yl)amino]phenyl}ethanone

Abstract

The title compound (3) is synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution of 4-chloro-1-isobutyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]quinoline 2 with 4-amino acetophenone in n-butanol. Newly prepared imiquimod derivative (3) is characterized by IR, NMR and mass spectral data. © 2012 by the authors; licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.
