Abstract

The article presents a research study on the aquatic physical activity (APA) in the physical education programs of public schools in Florida. It examines the reason on the conduct of instructional aquatic activity programs and the measures that can be taken to promote them. It finds out that physical education professionals use and value APA in their physical education programs though it is minimally used in physical education.
