Abstract

The article focuses on the role of technology opinion leaders who integrate student education needs and the technology resources to implement technology based education programs in schools in the U.S. Topics discussed are common effort of technology officers, facilitators and teachers; role of technology leaders as change leaders who can coordinate technology timely upgradations, and teachers with leadership qualities.
