Analisis Pengaruh Kinerja Mutu Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Take Over Pada Proyek Konstruksi Gedung Tinggi

Abstract

One of these risks is not achieving quality performance. In the ABC building construction project, it was found that the owner was not satisfied with the performance of contractor X, so they decided to replace the main contractor with another contractor. The existence of factors that affect performance is important to know so that performance can be achieved, these factors are human, material, and management resources. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method where research data is processed by the SPSS program. Based on data analysis using the SPSS program, the multiple linear regression equation Y1 =-1.978 + 0,148 X1 + 0.294 X2 + 0.185 X3, where the most dominant factor is the material factor with a constant value of 0.294. Considerations in making takeover decisions with performance are the existence of test results documents, joint checklist results, independent consultant assessment results related to the quality of existing work.
