Abstract

Chatbots are a part of artificial intelligence (AI) computer software which can attempt to communicate through text or voice technology. The idea behind Conversation is artificial intelligence that analyzes customer data and responds to it. Contacting customers doing the live chat has become a way to provide true customer services are in many retail environments. Today, human communication tools are often replaced by chat or chat software; this is often an artificial intelligence (AI)-based machine designed to communicate with humans through natural language..
