Abstract

The author talks about importance of role of human resource (HR) leaders in addressing change transformation in an organization. Topics discussed include helping business leaders to identify organizational change barriers and overcome them through HR professionals skills, helping leaders to identify organizational performance, decreasing effectiveness of change management tools in an organization and growing ability of HR functions by human capital development.
