Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes by using the Listening Team learning model in thematic subjects in class V SDN 06 Empang Teras. The Listening Team learning model is an approach that involves active participation of students in listening, discussing, and working in teams. This research was conducted in the context of class V with research subjects totaling 15 students of class V SDN 06 Empang Teras. The research method is classroom action research. The research subjects were researchers as teachers and observers, researchers as well as practitioners and 15 fifth grade students at SDN 06 Empang Teras. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and testing of learning outcomes. The results of the study are: (1) lesson plans have an increase in the first cycle of 81.25% while the second cycle is 92.5%. (2) The aspect of the teacher also experienced an increase in the first cycle of 80% while the second cycle was 94.44%. (3) The student aspect also experienced an increase in the first cycle of 80% while the second cycle was 94.44%. (4) Learning outcomes also increased 41.07% in the first cycle, while the second cycle was 92.85%.
