The research informants are adolescent survivors of verbal abuse in Surabaya who are connected to the Rumah Remaja Surabaya community. The data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and use the source triangulation method to check the validity of the data. Results: All of the main informants, namely seven adolescent survivors of verbal abuse, said that they needed instrumental support in the form of a friend to talk to or accompanied by someone, besides that 6 out of 7 adolescent survivors of verbal abuse said they had not received and needed counseling with professional medical personnel and treatment.
