Abstract

With the incorporation of emerging information technologies, the way things are done has changed. The introduction of robots and artificial intelligence (IA) brings with it benefits, but also new challenges and ethical aspects to consider. This paper presents a bibliometric approach, using the Scopus database, on artificial intelligence, robotics, and ethical aspects. The positive or negative attitude towards robots and artificial intelligence is analyzed based on the survey conducted by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS) of Spain. The results show the interest of the scientific community in the ethical, social, and legal aspects in the use of IA and robotics. Likewise, the results of the CIS survey show that most respondents have a moderate predisposition towards robots and IA, in addition to recognizing their usefulness.
