Penerapan Model Analytical Hierarchy Process Untuk Pemilihan Perusahaan Jasa Ekspedisi

Abstract

Goods delivery services are much needed during restrictions on people's mobility. Conditions like this have aroused entrepreneurs to pursue a freight forwarding service business, so that many shipping forwarding service businesses have emerged. This causes people to have difficulty determining freight forwarding services that suit their needs. This study uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method for the selection of freight forwarding services in the freight forwarding services business in the city of Banjarbaru. The criteria used are strategic location, speed, delivery guarantee and postage. After going through several stages in applying the AHP method for the selection of freight forwarding services, a conformity value of 60% was obtained, so it can be concluded that this application can be an alternative in helping and facilitating consumers to choose the appropriate expedition services according to their needs.
