Abstract

Employers are often seen as the leaders of their respective organizations. They are responsible for making important decisions, managing employees, and ensuring the success of the business. Employers, who are leaders in their organizations, are people who inspire and motivate others. They have a clear vision and are able to communicate it effectively to their team. They lead by example and are willing to take risks in order to achieve their goals (Saini & Jawahar, 2019). Moreover, they are the ones who are able to adapt to changes and think creatively. They are not afraid to challenge the status quo and are always looking for ways to improve. Employers who possess these qualities are more likely to succeed in today's fast-paced and ever-changing business world.
