Semiotic Dominants of the Information Presentation in Digital Diplomacy

Abstract

The diplomatic communications represents complex system consisting of various compo-nents. The article deals with the examples of elements presentation in this system on a site of diplomatic services of Russia subject to communicative tactics, a level of polycode and multimodality in information wars. Characteristic semiotics features of the information presentation are highlighted.
