Abstract

The equipment group of high-temperature gas-cooled reactors has a wide variety and a large number. Reasonable maintenance planning is especially important. An effective maintenance management strategy can reduce the number of shutdowns and reduce maintenance expense during equipment operation. The goal of maintenance strategy optimization is to improve the reliability of system, prevent system from failures, and reduce maintenance expense influenced by degradation, that is, to maintain or restore products to the appropriate system reliability, availability, and safety performance with the lowest possible maintenance expense.
