Abstract
A case of combined percutaneous coronary intervention and ostium secundum atrial septal defect closure in an elderly patient is reported. The procedure was successful and uneventful. The report demonstrates feasibility of combined percutaneous revascularization and intra- atrial shunt closure even in advanced age. © 2007 Taylor & Francis.
