Sector privado y Agenda 2030, retos tras PABA+40

Abstract

En 2019 tuvo lugar la Segunda Conferencia de Alto Nivel de Naciones Unidas sobre Cooperación Sur-Sur, que revitalizaría la Cooperación Sur-Sur y Triangular. Ésta incorporaría los principales avances en la agenda internacional sobre eficacia de la ayuda, financiación y Agenda 2030, que es el marco del presente artículo. Partiendo de una perspectiva analítica, el objetivo es identificar los principales retos que plantea la conferencia para el sector privado (sp) en su vínculo con la cooperación Sur-Sur (css) y triangular (ct) frente a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ods), que demandan enfoques multiactor en un contexto pospandemia y de crisis internacional. Se identifican tres niveles de retos: programáticos, de tipo operativo y generales.In 2019 the Second High-Level UN Conference on South-South Cooperation was held, revitalizing South-South and Triangular Cooperation. It was intended to incorporate the principal advances in the international agenda on the effectiveness of aid, financing and the 2030 Agenda, which is the framework of this article. From an analytical perspective, the aim is to identify the main challenges posed by the conference for the private sector (PS) in its connection with South-South (SSC) and triangular (TC) cooperation in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which require multi-stakeholder approaches in a post-pandemic context of international crisis. Three levels of challenges are identified: programmatic, operational, and general.
