Abstract

This research aims to test, study and analyze the influence of career development, work culture and compensation on the performance of regional secretariat employees. The sample in this study was 64 respondents, while the sampling technique used probability sampling. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire and data analysis used multiple and partial regression tests. The results of this research show that career development has a significant effect on the performance of regional secretariat employees, work culture has a significant effect on the performance of regional secretariat employees, compensation has a significant effect on the performance of regional secretariat employees, and career development, work culture and compensation have a significant effect on performance. regional secretariat employees. This means that as career development, work culture and compensation improve, the performance of regional secretariat employees will also increase.
