Abstract
CuZnFe2O4 and CoZnFe2O4 Nanocomposite were synthesized by solution combustion method and synthesized powder were characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Thermal Properties (DSC/TGA). The XRD results confirm the cubic spinel structure of the ferrites and crystalline size (D) found the range of 40-50nm. The FTIR measurement between 400 - 4000 cm-1 confirm the absorption bands in the Spectrum. The thermal properties such as onset of decomposition and glass transition temperatures were determined by Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA/DSC). The TGA data shows that Nanoferrites have significantly enhanced thermal stability. Thermal studies on as prepared samples have been undertaken over a wide range of decomposition at room temperature to up to 1000°C.
