Abstract

Emotional management is an important means to regulate the working state of employees. However, there is little empirical evidence on emotional management in China. Therefore, this paper aims to identify the relationship between enterprise management model, emotional management and turnover frequency. First, the author thoroughly reviewed the literature on enterprise management, emotional management and turnover frequency. On this basis, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the employees from three foreign-funded enterprises. The survey data were analyzed statistically to evaluate how emotional management mediates the relationship between enterprise management model and turnover frequency of employees. The results show that enterprise management model has an important impact on emotional management and turnover frequency of employees; emotional management is positively correlated with turnover frequency. Several measures were put forward to improve emotional management in enterprise management model. The research results provide new insights into the psychological care of employees.
