The cost incurred to replace the gap caused by attrition is high and goes much beyond the parameters of financial losses. Convenience sampling method was adopted to collect a data of 108 respondents through a structured questionnaire based on 5 point Likert scale. Descriptive and interferential statistic was used for data analysis. It was suggested that in order to reduce the attrition intention, the hotel's working condition needs to be developed, to the extent that it suits the characteristic and meets the expectations of the Y-generation employees.
