Abstract
This article presents the analysis of the discourse of teachers who are experimenting with a Digital Work Environment within their institution. The study questions the initial training organized towards the mastering of that digital learning environment. It is clear from the analysis that in order to initiate the appropriation of digital work environments by teachers and other actors, frameworks at national and local levels are still to be built. © Cned/Lavoisier 2010.
