O perfil do adolescente trabalhador no âmbito da aprendizagem profissional

Abstract

Discute-se no artigo a cultura de trabalho subjacente ao Programa de Aprendizagem, uma das principais estratégias para o enfrentamento do trabalho infantil. Realizamos esse debate a partir de pesquisas bibliográficas e análise documental, especialmente das Diretrizes Curriculares da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica e da Aprendizagem. Apresentamos as tendências da conformação do mercado de trabalho e a configuração das atividades laborativas para o adolescente trabalhador, através da análise do direcionamento da Aprendizagem difundido pelo SNA e pela CNI e, através de dados extraídos das bases IBGE, CAGED e RAIS, apresentamos as principais ocupações que admitiram aprendizes de 2019 a 2022. Como resultado, entendemos que vem se (con)formando um perfil de trabalhador com cariz empreendedor num mundo do trabalho tecido pela informalidade, desemprego e trabalhos precários.The article discusses the work culture underlying the Apprenticeship Programme, one of the main strategies for combating child labour. This debate is based on bibliographic research, particularly through analysis of the curricular guidelines for Professional and Technological Education (EPT) and Apprenticeships. It sets out the trends in the form of the labour market and the configuration of labour activities for working adolescents through analysis of the learning guidelines of the SNA and CNI and, through data taken from the IBGE, CAGED, and RAIS databases, it presents the main occupations that took on apprentices from 2019 to 2022. We observe that the resulting worker profile has an entrepreneurial nature, that has been adapted and shaped for a flexible market riven with informality, unemployment, and insecurity.
