Abstract

The lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Vibrio cholerae (V. cholerae) plays an important role in cholera disease and the induction of primary protection. In this study, we evaluate mice humoral immune response in intranasal and intraperitoneal administrated V. cholerae LPS.
