Modified Bristow procedure for recurrent dislocation of the shoulder

Abstract

Two cases of contracture of the gluteus muscle caused by intra-muscular injection were reported. Muscle and fascia release operation could improve their troubles and activity of daily life. Clinical evaluation and the classification of the degree of disturbance were discussed.
