Abstract

Dental implants have long provided an excellent treatment option to restore edentulous spaces. Successful formation of a direct bone to implant interface is the goal in implant therapy. Immediate loading is an alternative to two stage surgical procedure. Improved surgical instrumentation implants design, and surface topography changes the concept of two stages surgical to one stage surgical procedure. © Indian Prosthodontic Society.
