Game plan to save cyberspace

Abstract

Just recently, the author spoke to more than 100 Senate and House staffers regarding the broad subject of 'how to better use the Net'. The author presented five basic objectives for the staffers. With some slight modifications, the five points outlined to the Congressional staffers include: room for heroes, educate yourselves, cash leads to access, the spin cycle, and offer yourself up.
