Abstract
Long-term physical activities and good quality sleep are the most important factors for maintaining and increasing body immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the level of physical activity and sleep quality in the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is a cross-sectional design involving as many as 384 respondents who have filled out online questionnaires distributed via a google form. The research instrument used is the Global Physical Activity and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. The data analysis technique used was the percentage of physical activity level and sleep quality. The results showed that 62.3% of people who had never been a Covid-19 patient had a level of physical activity in the moderate category and 28.1% in the severe category. A total of 37.1% had very good sleep quality, and 52.9% had quite good sleep quality. Meanwhile, 100% of Covid-19 patients had light activity levels and 35.5% had quite good sleep quality, and 34.7% quite poor. In people who have recovered from COVID-19, 58.7% are in the moderate physical activity category, and 57.7% have quite good sleep quality.
