SOSIALISASI CABANG OLAHRAGA BERPRESTASI PETANQUE

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service Program (KKN) is to introduce teachers in Setu Sub-district, Bekasi, to the performance sport of Petanque. Petanque is a French sport, which has become popular in Indonesia since 2011. The sport has many advantages, such as improving eye-hand coordination and throwing accuracy. To provide a broader understanding to the participants, this socialization activity used demonstrations, lectures, and simulations. On February 17, 2025, this activity was conducted at SDN Tamansari 02. Therefore, the sport of Petanque is becoming more popular in schools and can be part of the development of sports services in the wider community and at the school level.
