Abstract

In this work, a full-color micro-LED display is demonstrated with blue micro-LED as backlight, photoluminescence quantum dots as color conversion layers. Both the inkjet-printing and photolithography methods are used to fabricate the color conversion layers, in which the backlight and color conversion layers are bonded together by a UV glue.
