In the context of the Muhammadiyah organization, the Head of the Kadirojo Branch has been designated as a pilot project (qoryah thayibah) for the development of Islamic life so that it becomes a strategic role for Muhammadiyah to institutionalize TPA Al Fajar into a professional and quality educational organization in the development of Islamic syiar in the community. The institutionalization of TPA Al Fajar Kadirojo as part of PRM Kadirojo's business charity will be carried out through several stages. First, conduct training on the preparation of the TPA organization design into a good organization. Second, Conduct training on the governance of Quran learning using new methods for TPA teachers. Third, conduct training on the administrative system and documentation of TPA activities systematically.
