KONTRIBUSI LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN NON FISIK TERHADAP TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN PRAKERIN KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TKJ SMK DI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract

Employment Practices Industries is part of the learning program to be implemented by every student in the world of work. Program practice industry working on its implementation prepared jointly between the school and the world of work in order to meet the needs of students and the working world as a contribution to the development of vocational education programs. With the success of prakerin then students will have skills in entrepreneurship, in order to become useful citizens, initiative, create on, and productive according to their field masinng each. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of students' perceptions of the work environment, students learn self-reliance, and work ability test terhadapat prakerin success rate. This study uses a quantitative approach to the correlation method to investigate the relationship between the variables that can be known amount of the contribution. The instrument used was a questionnaire research and documentation. The study population was all students of SMK in Tulungagung Skills Competency TKJ which has been carrying out industrial work practices. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique and the sample obtained by 75 students. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. The results showed that the working environment prakerin the success rate prakerin has a contribution of 5.38%. From the results obtained contribution of 5.38% shows the work environment both physical and non-physical the success rate prakerin have a low contribution. To the teachers would pay more attention to the work environment where students prakerin implementation. Conducive working environment both from physical facilities given or of the social environment in terms of personal relationships with other employees and the leadership will have a positive impact to students TKJ in Tulungagung who practice at the venue.
