Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect Influence of Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Job Motivation on Employee Performance Agency of Transportation Research and Development, Central Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are the workers of the Transportation Research and Development Agency. Collecting data using online questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. The data analysis technique used a smartPLS version 2.0 (Partial Least Square) software application. From the results of data analysis, it is evident that the Leadership Style and Employee Performance have a T-Statistic value of 4.357 > (t table significant 5% = 1.98397), Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance have a T-Statistic value of 3.473 > (t table significant 5% = 1.98397), and Work Motivation on Employee Performance has a T-Statistic value of 5.560 > (t table significant 5% = 1.98397). The results showed that there was a significant influence between the independent variables, namely leadership style, job satisfaction, and work motivation on the dependent variable, namely employee performance.
