Abstract

The article presents a methodological matrix that seeks to synthesize what can be expected from the Commission for the Clarification of the Truth (CCT). This categorization will facilitate a critical exercise on the bets prioritized by the Commission, and will avoid that, in the future, this one is evaluated by what people expected of it and not by what was proposed in the mandate. The first part of the article presents the conceptual assumptions underlying the methodological tool; the second develops the matrix; and the conclusion categorizes the decree that regulates the CCT, in light of the methodological matrix.
