ANALISIS PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KETAHANAN PANGAN DAN PERTANIAN KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Abstract

This study aims to describe the work facilities, work environment, work discipline on the morale of the employees of the Department of Food Security and Agriculture, Bojonegoro Regency. Analyzing the effect of work facilities, work environment and work discipline on the morale of the employees of the Food and Agriculture Security Agency of Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Food Security and Agriculture, Bojonegoro Regency. The sample in this study was 86 people using the census sampling method. Statistical test using Multiple Linear Regression analysis model. The results showed that the work facilities, work environment, work discipline and morale of the employees of the Food and Agriculture Security Agency of Bojonegoro Regency were good. Work facilities and work discipline have a significant effect on employee morale at the Food and Agriculture Security Agency of Bojonegoro Regency. Work environment have not a significant effect on employee morale at the Food and Agriculture Security Agency of Bojonegoro Regency. .
