Abstract

In the originally published version of this manuscript, the following brackets were missing in Box 1, which affects the data of the paper: Risk at 1 year after inclusion in exposed group (R1) = a/(a + b) Risk at 1 year after inclusion in unexposed group (R0) = c/(c + d) These details have been corrected only in this erratum to preserve the published version of record.
