La recherche collaborative d'information: Vers un système centré utilisateur

Abstract

This communication aims at describing an innovative electronic tool created to facilitate the collaborative information behaviors on Internet. First, we present the collaborative information search behaviors and the cognitive processes involved. Second, we describe the technical aspects of an original electronic tool developed to help groups of end-users to search for information on the Internet. Third, we would like to show that it is absolutely necessary to follow and to develop multidisciplinary approaches in this domain. ©2007 Lavoisier, Paris.
