Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the regulation of the conduct of research in Education, as part of the Human and Social Sciences, from three approaches: a critical hermeneutical analysis of the regulation that regulates the conduct of Human and Social Sciences researchers in Brazil, which seeks to show the inadequacy of the regulations produced by the National Health Council (Conselho Nacional da Saude); the international contextualization of the Brazilian case, also in terms of regulation, and the introduction of the results of an exploratory research that aimed to know the opinions of a sample of doctoral students of postgraduate education programs in Brazil, evaluated with concept 6 or 7 of Coordination of Superior Level Staff Improvement (Coordenacao de Aperfeicoamento de Pessoal de Nivel Superior), on ethics in the formation of stricto sensu postgraduate and its relation with regulation.
