Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemia leads to a signifcant number of critically ill who requires intensiv medical therapy. Existing structural and personnel problems in german intensive care will be aggravated. The novelty oft he infectious disease and previously unknown pathophysiology complicate the treatment underlying a rapid developmet. Study dates for Dexametason and Heparin demonstrate an reduction in mortallity in some patient collective whereas Remdisivir can shorten the duration of Illnes.
