Abstract

This article reviews the reforms in company law in the European Union with the aim to understand and define the modifications you made , its underlying fundamentals and the solutions that have been offered in recent years. From this study, we devote ourselves in the second part of this text, in the preliminary analysis of these materials in the Chilean law in order to start building a platform to guide us on the aspects that we value in the future in order to foster a real modernization of the corporate law.
