Serviço Social na política de saúde no enfrentamento da pandemia da covid-19

Abstract

Resumo: O presente artigo objetiva discutir as principais tendências do trabalho profissional de assistentes sociais na política de saúde no enfrentamento da pandemia da covid-19. Para isso, fazemos uma breve discussão dos principais elementos da política de saúde no governo Bolsonaro e, posteriormente, analisamos as inflexões para o Serviço Social na dimensão do trabalho e no lugar da profissão, suas demandas, estratégias e contribuições na linha de frente à pandemia.Abstract: This article aims to discuss the main trends in the professional work of social workers in health policy facing the covid-19 pandemic, the challenges and demands on Social Work. For this, we briefly discuss the main elements of health policy in the Bolsonaro Government and, later, we analyze the inflections for Social Work in the dimension of work and in the place of the profession, its demands, strategies and contributions in the front line to the pandemic.
