Abstract

This text aims to reflect on the relationship between ICT and education from a philosophical perspective. First, the problem is considered by equating it to an essential epistemological discontinuity, in order to highlight the gnoseological nature of the problem. Secondly, some representative features of one of the most popular proposals, namely the concept of ubiquitous learning, are analyzed to define some of its facets and to criticize them from the point of view of the philosophy of education. Thirdly, an alternative and complementary learning paradigm is proposed, whose central axis is the concept of Bildung. Finally, it is concluded by highlighting that no epistemological reflection can be developed without first asking ourselves about the nature of the human being from an anthropological point of view.Este texto quiere reflexionar sobre la relación entre TIC y educación desde una perspectiva filosófica. En un primer momento, se considera el problema equiparándolo a una discontinuidad epistemológica esencial, para resaltar el alcance gnoseológico del problema. En un segundo momento, se analizan unos rasgos representativos de una de las propuestas que mayor auge tiene, a saber, el concepto de aprendizaje ubicuo para definir algunas de sus facetas y criticarlas desde un punto de vista de la filosofía de la educación. En un tercer momento, se propone un paradigma de aprendizaje alternativo y complementario, cuyo eje central es el concepto de Bildung. Finalmente, se concluye resaltando que no se puede desarrollar ninguna reflexión epistemológica, sin antes preguntarnos por la naturaleza del ser humano desde un punto de vista antropológico.
