VIERAEA 45: 381-392. https://doi.org/10.31939/vieraea.2017.45.22 RESUMEN: Se expone y comenta en este trabajo la actual legislación euro-pea de metales pesados en alimentos marinos, así como el Informe Técnico presentado por el Instituto Español de Oceanografía en 2003 sobre el Estu-dio del arsénico y metales pesados en pescados y mariscos de interés comer-cial, tanto las tres primeras partes (322 págs.) como el Informe Confidencial (48 págs.). ABSTRACT: The present European legislation on heavy metals in marine foods is exposed and commented and is also discussed the Technical Report presented by the Spanish Institute of Oceanography in 2003 on the study of arsenic and heavy metals in fish and shellfish of commercial interest, both three first parts (322 pages) as the Confidential Report (48 pp.).
