UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS ETALASE KACA PADA TOKO KACA RIZKI BARU MENGGUNAKAN METODE QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD)

Abstract

Rizki Baru Kaca Store is one of the businesses engaged in the furniture sector. The raw materials used by Rizki Baru Glass Shop are glass and aluminum. The products produced are Steling, dish racks, glass doors or windows, and car glass. The glass window is one of the most widely sold production products to customers where the product certainly needs improvement so as not to reduce consumer interest. However, because there is no system capable of managing the process of measuring product quality levels based on consumer needs, this creates a problem for the company and can reduce consumer interest in buying these products. To overcome these problems, a web-based application is needed that can provide input on improvements. the product so that the product can be improved again to increase consumer interest. The result of the research is a website-based application that can generate reports containing customer requirements that need to be improved where the results are calculated using the QFD algorithm.
