Abstract

The objective of this article is to carry out a bibliometric analysis of leadership exercised within organizations as a key element for the proper management of work teams. For the fulfillment of the research, it was carried out under a bibliographic design of documentary type, taking secondary data as a source of information. It was concluded that since the beginning of the organizations the importance of people in the companies has been evolving and therefore the perspective of leadership and direction has been strengthened and transformed giving origin to multiple theories.
