Abstract
To build a resilient, high-performing primary care infra-structure for North Carolina, primary care networks and policymakers should align efforts to create pathways for students, trainees, and new physicians to thrive in primary care. We describe the shifting primary care landscape, cur-rent workforce initiatives, and policy options for achieving this goal.
