Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) based applications in the health sector provide convenience in monitoring the patient's condition. A number of devices with sensors can be used to collect and send various patient condition data and their location. From these data doctors and paramedics can then perform real-time analysis remotely so that the patient's condition can always be monitored and early detection of emergencies can be done. Recommendations for actions to be taken by patients regarding their condition and location can be given more precisely. Likewise in the case of maternal and child health services, the availability of location information will make it easier not only for doctors and paramedics to determine actions but also to assist patients in taking action independently if needed. Thus, processing and presenting good patient location data in maternal and child health services is needed. The Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) application is a technology that has excellent performance in collecting log data and other data from various sources continuously in a very large amount and displaying it in graphs and maps. This study aims to develop a system that can display the results of recording the conditions and location of a number of patients in real time using the ELK application for the needs of maternal and child health services.
