Abstract

Drawing on institutional theory and applying a multi-level approach, the present research reveals that researchers' entrepreneurial intentions depend on the extent to which a research organization's internal institutional context reflects a commercialization-oriented logic. It shows that this contextual effect is mediated by two distinct aspects of research group leaders' behavior.
