Abstract

The article focuses on the development of learning and development (L&D) model by the Australian Institute of Learning and Development. It informs that the challenge of building the model was taken up by a research team including professor Erica Smith and Llandis Barratt-Pugh, an employee at the Business School at Edith Cowan University. The initial project phase involved a review of literature on trends, research and theory, and interviews with 16 L&D Australian leaders.
