Abstract
Aligning education with technological advances requires Immanuel Pontianak Vocational School teachers to be able to increase their understanding in applying various methods and tools to change the traditional, passive and boring learning process into one that is more enjoyable. The main goal of Education 4.0 is to integrate various forms of information technology into classroom learning. This is necessary so that students will be ready to face the digital era which will continue to develop from time to time. Flipped Classroom is one form of implementation of the education 4.0 concept that we can now do. Teachers as one of the components in learning have the task of being able to deliver learning material that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This training was held on 14-15 June 2021 aimed at Immanuel Pontianak Vocational School teachers with the aim of introducing the implementation of the flipped classroom in order to apply the concept of Education 4.0. Activities are carried out using online lecture methods and questionnaires to determine the level of understanding. The final result of this activity is increased teacher understanding in using various types of technology which will be very useful in implementing Education 4.0 so that students will be ready to face the digital era. The results of the activity evaluation were carried out by distributing questionnaires with results of 84% of 57 teachers stating that this activity was very useful for them.
